As a naturopath I have a strong belief in being responsible for your own health. I believe that upon realising this, you will feel empowered to make changes and be able to maintain those changes throughout your life.

As everyone will experience a different health journey, creating an individualised approach is something I’m incredibly passionate about. Adopting these principles can help you live your life to the fullest and help you overcome any challenges that come your way.

My interest in a naturopathic approach to living began when I was pregnant with my daughter in 2007. I discovered that what I chose to put into my body could have either a detrimental or positive affect on my baby’s health. I started discovering more after giving birth and breast feeding, and my thirst for knowledge only continued to grow; particularly when I started noticing the benefits. I noticed that I had more energy, my mood improved, my PMS reduced, and my skin started to clear.

In 2018, when I was 32, I began to ponder my future career. As much as I enjoy beauty therapy, there was still something missing. I wanted to help people understand how much a naturopathic approach could improve their health and wellbeing. I decided to begin a journey toward becoming a naturopath, and over the past three years I have learnt so much and cannot wait to help clients achieve their health goals.

In 2012 I began to study toward becoming a beauty therapist and worked in the industry for 10 years, starting my own business in 2019. I worked part time while I completed my journey towards becoming a naturopath through the Naturopathic College of New Zealand. I completed my first Diploma in Health Science in 2020 and continued to work toward my Advanced Diploma in Health Science graduating in July 2022. I am now able to combine my qualifications, offering both naturopathic and beauty therapy services to clients.
